About Edge Ministry

The Edge is a ministry of Olive Knolls Church that was developed in hopes of creating a place for anyone 18-30ish. We are committed to serving others in any way & focused on bringing hope through honest truth and genuine connection with God and others.

 

As a group, the members of Edge enjoy answering God's call to outreach by participating in missions trips locally and abroad. We make frequent trips to San Francisco to help feed those afflicted with AIDS, have recently made a trip to South Africa to help raise money to build a children's health clinic, and are planning a trip to Belize for Christmas break to minister to orphans. Join us!

 

We also love to compete in various athletic outlets, including an annual football game against the older men in the church, volleyball and basketball tournaments, and in the summer, we sponsor a basketball camp for elementary age children.

 

Edge members meet during the week for discussion and Bible study. Everyone's invited on Wednesdays to a local home for for dinner at 6:30 pm and then at 7:30 pm, the singles head to the Starbucks at Coffee & Hageman for Bible Study. The young marrieds meet at a local home on Monday's at 7:00 pm.
